RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Hazer USA, your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance to us. We understand that difficulties may arise, and we are wholeheartedly dedicated to offering you thorough support in any situation.

Within 30 Days of Receipt:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a refund or exchange.
Customer pays return shipping cost unless received defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Items Not Eligible for a Full Refund

Items with visible wear and tear from the customer.
Standard items that are past 30 days from the delivery date.
Hazer Horns that have been customized with lettering cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Hazer Horns that are outside of the 60 day warranty period or doesn't meet warranty standards.
Custom Select Horns - customer pays return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price.

Items Eligible for a Full Refund

Items that have not been installed, used, or have any wear and tear.
Received defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Package was lost in shipping.

Returns Process

1. Fill out the Return Request Form below

Fill out the form below with all required information to initiate the return process. Please note any missing or defective parts.

2. Wait for Confirmation

We’ll review your request and email you once your return has been approved.

3. Ship the Item

Send the product back in its original packaging, including all components.

4. Receive Your Refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. It may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your credit card or bank account, depending on your financial institution.
