RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Hazer USA, your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance to us. We understand that difficulties may arise, and we are wholeheartedly dedicated to offering you thorough support in any situation.

Within 30 Days of Receipt:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements below

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

Items Not Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Items with visible wear and tear caused by customer use.

  • Standard items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date

  • Hazer Horns customized with lettering are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. 

  • Hazer Horns outside of the 60 day warranty period or that do not meet warranty claim standards.

  • Custom Select Horns are subject to a return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee based on the total purchase price

Items Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Items that have not been installed, used, or show any signs of wear and tear. 

  • Items received defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

  • Package lost during shipping.

Returns Process

1. Fill Out the Return Request Form

Complete the Return Request Form below with all required information to begin the return process. Please include details regarding any missing, damaged, or defective parts.

2. Wait for Confirmation

Once we review your request, we’ll email you to confirm whether your return has been approved.

3. Ship the Item

Return the product in its original packaging, including all components and accessories.

4. Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
